At Strata Management Group we have the processes and documentation established to ensure that your schemes insurance renewals and claims are managed in compliance with the legislation.

Strata Management Group will:

• Organise the Body Corporate insurance renewal each year
• Assist with general insurance guidance to Owners and interested parties
• Process insurance claims and liaise with insurer with the appointed Broker
• Act proactively to maintain the Body Corporate insurance cover

Our direct insurance division work to ensure that all our Bodies Corporate receive prompt and efficient service at all times. The experts within our Insurance Department work directly with our preferred Broker to ensure a streamlined approach to renewal and claims processing.

In 2021 Strata Management Group partnered with the broker Coverforce Allsop to create a winning combination.

After assessing many broking providers, SMG chose to partner with Coverforce Allsop due to their strong customer focus and extensive experience in managing the insurance requirements of Body Corporate Managers and Body Corporates. With annual sales in excess of $700 million, Coverforce Allsop have demonstrated expertise servicing thousands of clients within the strata sector including many of Australia’s largest property and development companies.

Full and clear information to make the right coverage decision – We have designed a comprehensive renewal report clearly setting out all quotation outcomes, policy comparisons and broker recommendations. Our office will do everything in our power to ensure this report is provided to your Body Corporate Committee a minimum of four weeks from renewal each year.

The best possible claims outcomes – We offer full claims management for our clients. Where a claim arises, SMG in conjunction with Coverforce’s highly experienced claims experts, will advocate for the Body Corporate, lodge the claim with the insurer and manage the matter through to finalisation.
